It’s been a long time without indoor concerts and everybody misses them, that’s for sure! Fortunately, news are good for the Romanian artists and music lovers: the indoor concerts will be resumed in Romania starting September 1st!

According to AgerPres, the law no. 55/2020 has been updated.
As it follows, indoor concerts can be organised at 50% of the capacity only if there are less than 1.5 new COVID-19 cases/1000 inhabitants in that county (Bucharest is also included). Unfortunately, the shows can be organised only in events halls as the clubs and bars will not re-open at 1st of September!
The update also contains details referring to drive-in concerts and outdoor concerts. According to the document, in the same car (at drive-in shows) will stay only people from the same family or a group with maximum 3 people. The rules for outdoor shows are the same starting the June 1st (maximum 500 spectators).
It’s a little step forward, but still a long way to go! Wear a mask if you want to save the Romanian music industry!
