On the 25th of January, Cromosauri, an Italian alternative rock band released an entire album called RGB. The songs were written between 2017 and 2018, in which they want to emphasize “falling into a sea of sleep” or “playing into the void”. David Salvadori is the vocalist and he plays the guitar, Giacomo Biagini is the bass player and the backing vocals. Lorenzo Salvadori plays the drums and he also is in the backing vocals.

RGB is a perfect alliance of sounds that have the power to give some serious goosebumps. I listened to this album in different places and during different moments of the day. Every time I felt like I didn’t think enough about life, decisions or the way people really are.

Every song is different due to the vast interpretation. One of my favorite songs is called “Doppio gioco” and it feels like pure chaos combined with perfection. The merge is between human nature and its carnal desires, between love and sexual desire. I believe it is a declaration to destroy the idea of hidden intentions. “Una tazza” is the second song that captured my attention from the beginning due to the guitar in the background and the voice that complimented every second of it. All the lyrics that tell of a beautiful and peaceful afterlife gave me suicide-like vibes. The eternal dream of Eden in which all humans want to fall every time they think about dying. It is the perfect way to express a grim thought which crossed all of our minds. The third song that won my heart is called “Larve” and portraits every human no matter how “pure” they think they are. It is about the feelings that no one wants to admit they have, such as jealousy or envy. We sometimes want the worst for the person that has much more than we have, we want to cut their wings and this is what this song is about. There are 3 more other tracks on the album RGB by Cromosauri and you should definitely hear all of them.
