The quarantine was a really hard period for bands and artist. We talked to some bands from all over the world to see the real effects of the COVID-19 Pandemic in music.

Today we talk to InVisible.

How can you describe the changes generated by the pandemic in the band’s activity?

Well, if on the one hand, the covid emergency tried us on the performative part and canceled our traditional live activities, on the other hand it was a moment of great creativity and where I decided to question as an artist and try to develop also new communicative and popular formulas of my music.

What daily activity did you miss the most during quarantine?

Clearly the live activity was strongly affected. In 2020 I had to cancel my european tour.

Were there any pluses for this period without concerts?

As I wrote before, from a creative and productive point of view it was a great time for me.

How does it feel to hear the idea of returning to some normalcy?

The word “normality” scares me more than the word “pandemic”. I believe that if we have reached this point, we all have responsibilities as humankind and I believe that it is our duty to find new keys to understanding our society and our capacity and methods of sharing and integration.
I strongly believe in the development of a new sociality that triggers virtual and virtuous elements with great harmony and without preconceptions.

What plans have you got for 2021?

Continue to produce and disseminate music. work hard and be a better man.

Do you have any message for the bands or artists who are still in lockdown/quarantine?

I believe that each of us has the duty to live this phase with a resilient and proactive attitude.

What message do you have for the people who are going to read this interview?

Be strong, patient, intense, mentally active, explore your potential: let’s create a better world together.
