Creepy Willie releases their debut album “The Creepy Willie Show” on streaming platforms. Earlier this year, the band released a video (“Hack Slash Rebirth“) and two singles (”Cannibal Babies” and ”La Llorona”).

“The Creepy Willie Show” is a concept album, with a theme built around a macabre circus. Each song from album represents an exhibit, a different demonstration, from the circus. The songs are connected to each other by the presentations of the character Creepy Willie, who prepares and warns the audience about the demonstration that will take place. Among the circus exhibits are ”Zomberman” (a zombie with a macabre dance), ”La Llorona” (Llorona’s spirit, apparition inspired by Mexican folklore), ”Cannibal Babies” (baby-looking monsters) and other morbid creatures and demonstrations.

Entirely, the album is an extensive musical creation, with a strong theatrical character combining genres ranging from blues and rock ‘n roll to stoner, djent and death metal – including even a small lullaby.

The album has been available until now only in physical format (CD), following the release concert on June 11 in Cluj-Napoca. The CD can be ordered by contacting the band on any social media platform, including Discogs.

“The Creepy Willie Show” was recorded, mixed and mastered at Liveset Recording Studio, in Cluj-Napoca, by Sebastian “Garnoo” Damian and the graphics were made by Carla “Stormy” Oros.
