Grohot returns with a new song that precedes an upcoming EP. “Blood Sun” is the title of the new single that also reveals a new component for this material: Octav from Akral Necrosis and Naomi Simeria join Robert, the founding member. The song can be listened to via the following links, but also through most streaming services.
The band Grohot was founded in 2019 in Comănești, approaching a classic black metal in which small influences from the entire sound palette of extreme metal can be found. The first material was released in 2021, entitled “Creatio ex Nihilo”, being conceived together with the initial members. Although the EP had a positive feedback in the underground environment, the initial formula changed, so that currently there is only one founding member: Apostoliu Robert. He reconstituted the band together with Octav (Akral Necrosis, Wormgod) and Naomi Simeria. The band is currently working on completing an EP that will be released in the first part of the upcoming year.
