About the band

Carousel is an alternative rock/metal/progressive band with various other influences depending on the story that each song presents. The band was formed in November 2017 in Cluj-Napoca, with members Miruna Elena Davidoaie on drums, Tudor Bob on guitar, Horia Ciogu on bass, and Cosmin Mariciuc as the new lead vocalist. Half a year ago, the group had to make changes regarding its lineup. The song has been performed at every concert in the old lineup, and the lyrics are composed by Alex Lasc, a member who has left the country but continues to participate in the creative process.

Musically, Carousel incorporates powerful guitar riffs in some places, as well as melodic and spatial sections. Dynamic bass lines underlie the balanced drums, which are composed in rhythmic patterns. The vocals vary from clean and melodic to screams, all of these elements contributing to the alternating mood and narrative thread. A musical carousel.
