On February 8th, Paul Tihan released his latest single, “O Pană ce Mângâie,” just days after announcing his upcoming album.

Some events are meant to exist in our lives and then to coexist alongside us and the directions towards which we sincerely lean. A subtle strip of light separates the bridges of the natural from the cursor of our nature. This “feather that caresses” (“pană ce mângâie”) learns to fly day by day into the depths of our unrest, until helplessness becomes a ramp towards light. No matter how deeply you feel you’re sinking, this “feather that caresses,” in whatever way and form it may be, will be ready to lift you up by the shoulders.

About the project

Paul Tihan has now transformed into a quintet that highlights his thoughts and experiences. The nature of the project is not confined to any particular musical genre; rather, it is more of a journey unfolded in chapters that present the subtle layers of life. In musical terms, Paul has categorized his project as indie poetry rock.
