The Romanian band CLARO QUE NO has announced the release of their debut single “Lose Control,” now available on all streaming platforms.

Claro Que No (meaning “Of course not” in Spanish) is a new alt-rock combo from Bucharest, Romania, offering a blend of heavy musical riffs and uncomfortable truths, formed by a multinational ensemble of experienced musicians with a common love for a fresh rock sound and inspirations drawn from the entire spectrum of music genres.
The band members are already well known in the Bucharest live music scene and have lent their talents to many established bands from a variety of areas of the local music scene, such as Byron, Irina Rimes, EMAA, Spike, or Valeria Stoica, to name just a few.
Their debut single, “Lose Control,” is a debut statement anchored in powerhouse dance rock. The catchy musical lines combined with visceral states and lyrics that put the listener in the most vulnerable corner, all define a sound that is simultaneously spiced with flavors from the kitchens of bands like Queens of the Stone Age, Muse, or Royal Blood.
Delving into the details of the decline of a relationship caused by withholding true feelings and states, the song uses the analogy of a poker game in its accompanying music video to illustrate it visually, skillfully crafted by emerging director George-Andrei Ilie.
The single “Lose Control” is now available on all streaming platforms. Produced by the band itself, the song was mixed by Adrian “Bila” Uritescu at Lowbass5 Studio in Romania and mastered by Graeme Lynch at Two Zero Nine in Liverpool, England.
The Claro Que No band consists of Dany Serrano (vocals, guitars), Andrey Baydin (lead guitar), and Andrei Ilie (drums).
This song is just the beginning of a journey through the peaks, valleys, and bottomless pits of creative exploration, during which your new favorite band draws inspiration from the richness of their varied experience, from the thirst for truth, and from the desire for self-improvement, paving their way to your ears. And they’re closer than you think.
