On February 22nd, Paul Tihan released the song “Nu spune nimănui” (“Don’t tell anyone”), his latest single from the album he is set to release in March. The song is sung and written together with Andra Andriucă, another artist from Iași, and further enhances their journey on the “Welcoming tour,” their double album release tour happening in March in Bucharest, Cluj, and Iași.

After the raw-acoustic project from the past, in 2021, Paul Tihan transforms into a quintet that highlights his thoughts and experiences through an indie poetry rock sound. Alongside Paul, there are 4 other people on this journey who together carry out the project idea: Daniel Leancă – cello, Cătălin Ionescu – guitar, Călin Andrei – drums, Codrin Pălimaru – bass.

The song “Nu spune nimănui” was composed 3 months ago together with Andra Andriucă and embodies in its lyrics the balance that plays a subtle yet important role in the tumultuous dance we call love today. This balance is steered in turns, and the shape and dimensions of pressures matter more and more in the fragility of our nature. The wanderings, the silences, and the anxieties remain our promises to follow and keep close.
