Two of Italy’s hottest bands, Stain The Canvas and Dead Like Juliet, are set to perform at this year’s Rock la Mureș festival. Promising a musical marathon, the festival warmly welcomes not only to punk-rock enthusiasts but also those eager to explore modern sounds and Europe’s finest bands.

Following in the footsteps of punk legends The Casualties and the nu-metal phenomenon Dropout Kings, the inaugural Romanian open-air festival will introduce two new names to its lineup, bands that are influential in shaping the fashion of their respective genres across Europe.
In this vein, Stain The Canvas, renowned as one of the coolest metal bands, and Dead Like Juliet, a metalcore powerhouse, will grace the stage at Rock la Mureș, held at Periam Port from July 12–13.
Tickets are already on sale and can be purchased at iabilet.ro.
In addition to offering the lowest ticket prices to a Romanian open-air festival, the organizers also provide a special group promotion for attendees coming from afar with friends or family. Group tickets significantly reduce travel costs to the festival, which is especially important given the country’s struggling economy.
The ticket price includes complimentary camping, offering a delightful natural setting with all necessary amenities at Periam Port. From modern ecological showers and toilets to power sockets and convenient parking near tents, the camping area caters to all needs for a comfortable stay.
For avid T-shirt collectors, the festival’s website now offers the deluxe edition of Rock la Mureş shirts, tailored for enthusiasts. Designed by artist Alexandru Daș, responsible for the festival’s graphics, these shirts are screen-printed to the highest standards by Kraken, Romania’s premier boutique workshop for the rock and metal scene.
Regarding the music lineup, the organizers aim to make this edition one of the most exciting yet, featuring emerging artists making waves in the European music scene. Newly announced bands include the Italians from Stain The Canvas and Dead Like Juliet, ensuring an explosive musical experience not to be missed.

So, one of Europe’s most fashionable metal bands, in every aspect, is set to perform at Periam Port. Emerging from Milan in 2019, STAIN THE CANVAS swiftly ascended into Europe’s metal scene with their debut album, “God Made Hell”, earning acclaim from both genre fans and specialized press for its innovative sound.
Despite being labeled as a metalcore band, STAIN THE CANVAS unmistakably pushes beyond genre confines, delving into a unique style that traverses musical realms far from metal, such as electronica, emo-pop, and industrial.
STAIN THE CANVAS has made significant waves on genre charts with their diverse musical arsenal, alongside hit singles like “In Reverse”, “Puppet”, or “Dead Circus”, propelling them to stages at major festivals like MadRook Festival and Sziget.
Their live shows are intense bursts of energy and emotion, a captivating blend of explosive riffs, horror theatrics, electrifying choruses featuring clean vocals, and moments of almost frenzied growls. It’s a genuine spectacle from a phenomenon as rare as total solar eclipses gracing the foundation of rock and metal festivals in Romania.
With nearly 15 years of activity under their belts, DEAD LIKE JULIET stands out as one of the most dynamic metalcore bands in Europe. Hailing from the northernmost region of Italy, South Tyrol, this six-piece outfit embodies the fusion of cultures, where Italian and Austrian influences blend amidst towering mountains.

DEAD LIKE JULIET‘s music is a fusion of hardcore punk and metalcore, characterized by a raw intensity tempered with melodic elements. What sets them apart is their adept incorporation of atmospheric keyboard and synth passages, seamlessly woven into their sound without compromising their message or energy, earning them global recognition.
Their lyrics delve into a myriad of topics, from personal introspection to social and political commentary, delivered with straightforwardness and backed by rational arguments. Wrapped in melodic metalcore, their music features energetic, memorable choruses reminiscent of bands like Parkway Drive and Emmure.
Their consistent and electrifying live performances have garnered them comparisons to renowned acts, further solidifying their status as one of the foremost names in the European metalcore scene. Don’t miss their electrifying performance at this year’s edition of Rock la Mureș.
