“PEAK” is the new music video by the Greek artist Theodore, known to the Romanian audience after appearing at the Living Rock Tuzla festival (2021) and through the two concerts held in Bucharest at Expirat (2019) and at Control as part of the Europavox Festival (2023).

PEAK is a romantic art rock ballad, with elements of dream pop and post rock, gradually building intensity through a constant melancholic flow, enriched by significant orchestral touches. It is the second song in a series of recently recorded pieces, set to be released this year. The video features Alexandra Stamatopoulou, a Paralympic swimmer, in the lead role, and is an uplifting story about hope and resilience.
Alexander Stamatiadis, director – “I’ve wanted for a long time to create a project around athletes with disabilities and the incredible resilience and determination they possess. After several conversations with Alexandra, she told me that her biggest fear is ending her career without qualifying for the next Paralympic Games. This, for Alexandra and me, is the honesty and reality we want to present in this film.“
Alexandra Stamatopoulou, Paralympic swimmer – “I feel honored and happy to have collaborated with the entire team in creating Theodore’s music video. It was very important to have constant communication and guidance to achieve a refined result. I love this song, and I’m glad I had the opportunity to interpret it in the best possible way. I had in mind that nothing can stand in the way of our dreams. My motto is ‘No limits, no age,’ meaning that age does not determine the strength we hold within us.”
“With PEAK, I’m not trying to philosophize and analyze human existence. I believe that sometimes it’s pointless to do so and we should focus on enjoying the small pleasures that everyday life has to offer. Living your life truly, not just in your head.” – Theodore
