A multitude of people will make songs like “Săgeata,” “Șamanul,” “Șaraiman,” and others vibrate. Alongside them, Alex and The Fat Penguins will also take the stage.

With a career spanning over 7 years and two albums under their belt, Alex & The Fat Penguins are one of the veteran bands in the Romanian rock music scene. Recognized for their energetic songs, many of which have authentic Romanian influences, as well as for their messages addressing social issues and protesting against the establishment, the four members of the band maintain their direction and are already preparing their third album after “Cardiosonic” and “Negru Unicorn”. Following a series of transformations within the band, Alex & The Fat Penguins consist of Alex Cotofan (vocals), Mihai Ungureanu (bass), Daniel Rizea (guitar), and George Ienea (drums). On April 21st, the band awaits you at Sala Gloria for an acoustic concert that will journey through its most well-known songs, as well as some that are less frequently heard in the concerts of these four penguins. The collaboration with Stema promises an evening where the audience will experience diverse musical moods and styles, as well as the joy of high-quality music.

Stema recently released their third album: “Muzică de ascultare” with spaghetti western sounds that blend pieces from old Romanian folk music as well as oriental-psaltic elements in a psychedelic ambiance, and now they have prepared a special acoustic concert with songs from this album as well as from the other two albums “Vicii, talente și patimi” – volumes 1 and 2. Himalaya, Săgeata, Om (Cum e sa fii?), Shamanul, Starea Vremii, Inimă Rănită, Sharaiman, Roșu București, Amar, Răpirea din Serai, Pădurea, Plumb, are some of the songs reorchestrated in a unique manner with surprise guests.
