Line-up Update: DWMT La Conac 2024

DWMT La Conac, the only arts and music festival in southern Romania, organized by Diud in collaboration with Point, returns with the next wave of artists for its second edition. After the initial names that caught attention at the end of spring, DWMT La Conac enthusiastically announces another wave of its lineup, amplifying the promise of a unique experience at the Udriște Năsturel Manor estate.

In this new wave, artists from across the Prut River will also take the Main Stage, such as SATOSHI, MIHAIL, and PRIMA DRAGOSTE, alongside a series of remarkable names from the local contemporary music scene: DORA GAITANOVICI, KADJAVSI, DIMITRI’S BATS, ALEX PURJE & MIND THE GAP TRIO, AIM + WALL, HARDPLAY, and ANDREW DUM.

„We’re only in our second edition, but I feel we’ve evolved significantly compared to last year. We aim to maintain our positioning as a discovery festival. This year, we’re proud to feature our first international name, Kerala Dust, but we strongly believe in the entire lineup. Every musical project is carefully selected. All artists have a well-defined sound and promise a slightly unique show. Through this festival, we strive to uphold the DWMT Sessions’ ideal of being a creative playground for the artistic projects we believe in. These bands join the first wave of artists announced earlier: Om la Lună, HVNDS Lite, The Kryptonite Sparks, Delta Pe Obraz, Musspell, Simona Delegeanu, Paul Tihan & Andra Andriucă, and, making its debut at DWMT La Conac, the festival’s first international headliner: Kerala Dust. Through their eclectic combination of genres and influences, these bands and artists promise to transform DWMT La Conac into a rare cultural gathering not to be missed.

Alongside the musical experience, DWMT La Conac will also celebrate visual arts through an exhibition titled “We Lived Good Lives,” curated by Medina Pop. This exhibition encourages the audience to explore profound themes through the works of at least 20 Romanian artists, each contributing to a complex and profound narrative about life and memory.
