Promoters of the indie trend in Romania, Paul Tihan and Andra Andriucă return to Bucharest to add a new shade of purple to the “Purple Sessions” concert series, organized by BandBook agency, at Expirat Halele Carol.

Paul Tihan and Andra Andriucă, two rising artists from Iași, will perform at Expirat Halele Carol on July 31. It will be a sensitive double concert as part of the “Purple Sessions” by BandBook. The two return to Bucharest after a period of great success and recognition, during which they completed the “Welcoming Tour.” Their journey touched hundreds of hearts across the country and was highly appreciated nationally.

Paul Tihan is an artist from Iași who, after a raw-acoustic phase in the past, has now evolved into a quintet that highlights his thoughts and experiences. The character of the project does not fit into any specific musical genre but is more of a journey unfolded in chapters that present the subtle layers of life. In musical terms, Paul has described his project as indie poetry rock.

Andra Andriucă is an artist from Iași who, inspired by people, nature, and the hustle and bustle of life and thought, puts stories for the soul into lyrics and chords. Alongside voice and guitar, the project has grown into a band that shapes the songs with an indie, pop-rock sound and some alternative notes.

“After such a beautiful Welcoming Tour, our double album launch tour in the spring, we decided to continue for another summer the same way, in a big group, with both projects, and to embark on an even bigger journey, with even more cities.
