Nimic Întâmplător, RoadkillSoda, Crimena, and Folk Frate! complete the lineup for the third edition of the ASTRA Rock festival, which will take place from August 16 to 18, 2024, at the ASTRA Open-Air Museum in Sibiu.

These bands join the already announced lineup, which includes H-Blockx, Enslaved, S.A.R.S., The Toy Dolls, Paraziții, ROA, Bucovina, Zob, JBLK, Wildchild, and Onenightstand.

Nimic Întâmplător is a project formed by Eugen Mihăescu (Krypton) and Costi Sandu (Iris – Nelu Dumitrescu): two names, two guitars, two imprints from a rock generation, performing acoustic versions of the most well-known and beautiful rock ballads from Krypton and Iris, collected over time and cherished by fans.

RoadkillSoda started in 2011 and has gradually become a band that truly represents the essence of rock ‘n’ roll: the vibe of the ’70s combined with goosebump-inducing riffs and solos, heavy bass lines, all sprinkled with intense vocals and rhythms that get your blood pumping.

Crimena was formed at the end of 2012 and offers an explosive cocktail of groove metal with turbo riffs, served with a hefty dose of stand-up comedy – on stage and especially backstage.

Folk Frate! began as a reunion of friends and transformed into a professional young music project, with hundreds of live appearances and songs already known by fans of the genre.

The schedule of performances for the three days of the ASTRA Rock 2024 Festival is as follows:

• Friday, August 16: S.A.R.S., Bucovina, Zob, Folk Frate!, Onenightstand;
• Saturday, August 17: H-Blockx, Enslaved, ROA, Nimic Întâmplător, Wildchild;
• Sunday, August 18: The Toy Dolls, Paraziții, Crimena, RoadkillSoda, JBLK.

The performances will take place alternately on the festival’s two stages, one set up on the lake and the other located in Târgul de Țară.

Beyond the live musical performances, the cultural offering of ASTRA Rock 2024 will be complemented by substantial related events, such as interactive workshops and gastronomic surprises.

Festival passes for the three days cost 250 lei, and single-day tickets can now be purchased for 100 lei, available on iabilet.ro. A ticketing fee applies to all the above prices.

Children under 12 years old have free access to the festival when accompanied by an adult with a ticket or pass.

Festival passes and tickets also provide access to the museum and the various related activities organized by it during the weekend of August 16-18, 2024.
