Meet the Bands

Pinholes – Melancholy you can dance to
Active since 2011, Pinholes is a well-established name in Romania’s alternative rock scene. Their sound? A blend of alternative rock, post-rock, and post-punk, layered with poetic influences from the likes of Alexandru Andrieș and Marin Sorescu. Over the past decade, they’ve toured extensively, becoming known for their introspective lyrics and emotionally charged performances.

Pinholes’ discography includes standout albums like Zmei (2013), Era Pietrelor Neșlefuite (2015), and Dorumetru (2019), each showcasing their evolution toward more experimental sounds. In 2023, they returned to the stage with a fresh energy, launching the 8-minute epic single Atacă-mă cum am învățat, setting the tone for their upcoming album. Expect deep vibes, metaphor-laden lyrics, and an atmosphere that invites you to lose yourself in the music.

Getchoo – Fresh faces, raw energy
Hailing from Bucharest, Getchoo emerged in 2023 as a solo project and quickly evolved into a full-fledged indie rock band. Their journey from DIY bedroom pop to a solid four-member group culminated in the release of their debut album WILL in October 2024. The album is a melting pot of indie, post-punk, and power-pop influences, offering catchy hooks, distorted guitars, and a raw, unpolished energy that reflects their DIY roots.

Known for their high-energy live shows, Getchoo made their live debut in 2023 and quickly gained traction in the local music scene. Their signature track, Cadaver, has become a crowd favorite, and their performances are characterized by an infectious synergy between band members and audience. If you’re into fresh indie sounds with an edge, you won’t want to miss them.
