Karmic Thread, the solo project of musician Vlad Enescu (guitarist for Am Fost La Munte Și Mi-a Plăcut), is proud to announce the release of Instruments of Passing, an EP comprising six tracks written by Vlad between 2020 and 2024. The EP is now available on all streaming platforms and can also be downloaded in high-quality format via the project’s Bandcamp page.
Instruments of Passing marks Karmic Thread’s first release since the 2018 split album Unshipped Packages with The Bipolar Disorder Project. On this new EP, Karmic Thread delves into instrumental progressive rock, drawing from diverse influences and stepping away from the modern metal sound characteristic of earlier works.
The album was recorded, mixed, and mastered by Vlad Enescu himself, with the artwork designed by Petra Martin.
