A Bold Fusion of Sounds
“Mașina din 95” defies easy classification, offering a genre-blending soundscape characteristic of Gen Z’s alternative music scene. Drawing inspiration from artists like Mitski, Lana Del Rey, Halsey, and Cocteau Twins, the track weaves together electronic elements, 8-bit influences, heavy accents, dream pop, hyper pop, and subtle theremin touches, creating a dynamic and immersive listening experience.
At its core, the song serves as an introspective yet raw artistic statement, reflecting a world shaped by intense emotions and contradictions. The lyrics and production mirror the tension between overthinking and overdoing, making “Mașina din 95” both deeply personal and universally relatable.
With its unique sonic blend, the track is a must-listen for fans of Marina & The Diamonds, Melanie Martinez, Issues, Bat For Lashes, Penelope Scott, Lord Huron, and Cavetown.
