The fourth edition of the ASTRA Rock Festival will take place over the weekend of August 15–17, 2025, in the idyllic setting of the ASTRA Museum in Dumbrava Sibiului. The festival will feature two stages, plenty of great music, traditional food and crafts, and fun, educational surprises for all ages!

Now on a rising trajectory, the festival has grown more successful each year. ASTRA Rock offers a unique experience where electrifying concerts blend with tradition, all set in the stunning natural surroundings of Europe’s largest open-air museum.

This year, ASTRA Rock returns stronger than ever, with a rich lineup perfect for fans of quality music, while also offering three days of nature-based activities for the entire family.

Performances will take place on two stages – one on the lake and one in the Târgul de Țară (Traditional Fair) area – featuring major international acts alongside some of the most beloved Romanian bands, covering a wide range of musical genres. The first names on the lineup will be announced soon – and we promise they’ll be worth the wait!

Beyond the music, festivalgoers can enjoy a generous gastronomic selection, showcasing traditional dishes from across Romania. The program also includes craft workshops and many related activities designed for all ages. A large camping area will also be available, completing the full nature festival experience in the Dumbrava Sibiului Nature Reserve.

A limited number of three-day passes are available during the presale period for 200 RON at https://muzeulastra.funticket.app. After that, tickets will be available for 250 RON. Single-day tickets will also be sold during the festival. ASTRA Museum subscribers can purchase a limited number of discounted passes directly at the museum.

All festival passes include full access to the museum and to the wide array of related activities held from August 15 to 17, 2025. And because ASTRA Rock is a family-friendly event, children under 12 enjoy free entry, provided they are accompanied by an adult with a valid pass or ticket.

ASTRA Rock Festival is organized by Asociația Rock Culture, in partnership with the ASTRA Museum and the Sibiu County Council.
