New This Year: Two Electronic Music Stages
This edition brings an electrifying surprise for electronic music fans and curious newcomers alike. Two brand-new stages—Cubici Stage and No Sheep Stage—will join the musical map of Periam Port, each with its own sound identity and energy.
Cubici Stage gathers key figures from the Romanian electro scene in a lineup spanning a wide range of styles. Confirmed artists include: DJ Vasile, K-lu, Kojok, Mighty Boogie, Maică-Ta, Selecta IrieDaily, Rudeness, and SOLkiLLA, blurring boundaries between electronic music, dub, breakbeat, and bass.
No Sheep Stage, meanwhile, leans toward the underground, with a focus on tekno, hardtek, and psytrance. The lineup features: Pneumatix, Angel_One, Bombastek, TrollTekk, DJ Onix, and Kukilla, as well as No Fuss Cuz — a hip-hop collective including Gherga, pAx, Kaos, and DJ Blonz — whose live sets promise a strong and cohesive presence.
This expansion into electronic music highlights the festival’s broader curatorial vision—encouraging the coexistence of different genres and music communities in a space of open, diverse, and creative expression.
Activities Beyond the Stage
Festival-goers will also have access to a wide range of cultural and recreational activities. These include interactive archery demonstrations, spear-throwing workshops, and historical reenactments with authentic chainmail and Dacian-era costumes—designed to enrich the concert experience with a playful and educational twist.
Free Access
Residents of Periam and Pesac, children under 16 accompanied by an adult, and individuals with disabilities receive free access to the festival. As in previous years, camping remains free for all attendees.
A Festival with History and Heart
With a rich history spanning more than 20 years, Rock la Mureș is more than just a festival—it’s a feeling, a temporary refuge for those seeking freedom in its purest form. It’s a place where music becomes a bridge between souls, and nature welcomes its lost children with open arms.
Each summer, Periam Port is reborn as a symbol of unrestrained creativity and freedom, where sound is not only spectacle but also deep expression and a living connection between people and their environment. Rock la Mureș brings this space to life, transforming it into a vibrant stage of collective emotion, where every note contributes to a shared story of joy, community, and authenticity.
