The second edition of Rock Revolution Fest Bobâlna is set to take place between August 22–24, transforming the Răscoalei Plateau into an epicenter of rock music, history, and culture. The festival will bring together legends of Romanian rock alongside rising bands, complemented by activities designed to create a memorable experience for all ages.
A Mission Beyond Music
The organizers of Rock Revolution Fest Bobâlna emphasize that the event is more than just a music festival. Their mission is to invest in cultural heritage and education while promoting the history and values of Transylvania. By creating a platform for authentic interaction and reconnection with nature, the festival also aims to contribute to the social and economic development of the Bobâlna and Cornești regions.
Lineup: Three Days of Rock Power
Concerts on the main stage will begin each day at around 17:00, featuring a diverse lineup of artists:
- Friday, August 22: Phoenix, Altar, Sunet Transilvan, Selfish Murphy, S.a.R., and Monday Shadows.
- Saturday, August 23: Compact, Celelalte Cuvinte, Anton, Civic Rebels, Ravi Hazard, and Natalia Bendre.
- Sunday, August 24: Cargo, Bucovina, Scarlet Aura, An Theos, Frontkill, Creepy Willie, and Atheris.
More Than Music: Activities for All
In addition to its main and secondary stages, the festival will feature:
- Historical reenactments led by Terra Dacica Aeterna, bringing local history to life.
- Family-friendly activities including interactive and traditional craft workshops, horseback riding with ToniLand, competitions, and a motorcycle parade.
- Festival facilities such as camping areas for tents and caravans, along with dedicated food courts and bar spaces.
