Dimitri’s Bats continue the story of their song “Tarot” with an official music video

Dimitri’s Bats, one of the freshest names in Romania’s alternative pop scene, have expanded the story of their song “Tarot” with a new official video, a creative blend of frontman and producer Radu Osaciuc’s vision and cutting-edge AI-based technology.

With a sound that blurs the lines between eclectic rhythms and alternative riffs, Dimitri’s Bats have performed on major European festival stages, including INmusic Festival (Croatia), Sziget Festival (Hungary), Electric Castle, ProWeekend Fest (Spain), and Focus in the Park Sibiu. They were also selected by IMPALA among the “100 Artists to Watch in 2025.”

The “Tarot” video follows the story of a character searching for meaning and direction in a life that feels aimless and joyless. In an attempt to find answers, he visits a tarot reader, hoping that fate or luck might reveal his path.

Metaphorically, the video explores the human tendency to seek solutions outside of ourselves — in signs, coincidences, or forces we can’t control — instead of looking inward, where the true answers lie. “Tarot” becomes a reflection on human vulnerability and the need for meaning in an increasingly confusing world.

The concept and execution of the video were both created by Radu Osaciuc, using a range of AI tools such as Stable Diffusion, Google VEO 3, Midjourney, Nano Banana, and others. The production took about two weeks, during which AI-generated visuals were combined and edited into a cohesive, cinematic narrative filled with emotion and atmosphere.
