For Alex Purje, November 12 is not just an ordinary Wednesday, but the very day he was born. This year, however, the artist has decided to switch roles: instead of receiving, he wants to give. His gift to the audience is “Alex Purje Show – a concert like a festival” at B52, a unique event that will bring together old friends, new projects, and a huge dose of positive energy on the same stage.

“This year I don’t wanna blow candles for my birthday, I wanna blow some speakers and some minds. I want my birthday to be about giving, not receiving. That’s why all profits from ticket sales will be donated to the Premature Babies Association,” says Alex Purje.

A lineup that makes history

The concept of a “concert like a festival” comes to life through a surprise lineup featuring some of the most important projects from Alex Purje’s career: nOciv, TEN, Space Needle, and DBLTRBL, along with new projects such as Moon Chorizo and Alex Purje (&friends).
Also taking the stage will be bands of close friends and collaborators from over the years, Up To Eleven, Barter, and Uniforma, turning the evening into a true celebration of Romanian alternative music.

Comebacks and premieres

Fans will witness special moments: nOciv returns after almost 20 years, TEN performs for the first time in 15 years, and Space Needle reunites after a decade. In addition, the audience will enjoy the debut of Moon Chorizo, Alex Purje’s newest project.
