Released today, January 5, Noah K unveils his fifth track, a wintery, melancholic slowcore piece titled “The Ride Back Home”.

As you listen, imagine dissociating and gazing into the distance, watching a collage of recent memories suddenly lead you back to key moments in your life, reflecting on important decisions made along the way.
Alongside influences from The Cure, The Smiths, Ween, and The Pixies, the production also weaves in elements reminiscent of The Beatles and Pink Floyd, with a subtle trumpet presence echoing Point Juncture, WA and even Red Hot Chili Peppers.
Speaking about the title, Noah says: “Some time ago I was in Paris with my family and we returned to London on the Eurostar express train. That journey inspired me to create a soundtrack for trips like that. And it absolutely had to be in 3/4 time”.
Noah K is a 13-year-old guitarist and composer from Romania, currently living in London. He began guitar lessons at the age of 11 and has since written, performed, and released four original tracks: “Yellow Happiness”, “Black Lake”, “Ocean Tears”, and “Lonely Dr. Goose”, his first song with lyrics written and performed by himself.
“The Ride Back Home” was recorded and produced at Foreign Humor Productions by Matei Tibacu-Bendea, who also plays bass, drums, percussion, trumpet, and electric piano on the track, while Noah K signs the guitars and composition. The song is part of Noah K’s debut album, set for release in March 2026.
