“Chemical” is a song about the deep chemistry between two people — about that someone who makes fear, distance, or change easier to endure. The track explores the idea of authentic connection, the shared frequency between two souls, as well as the reality of bad timing, when love appears at a complicated moment. At the same time, “Chemical” also functions as a sonic refuge for those who have lost such a connection, carrying a strong emotional and therapeutic dimension.

Rana is a melancholic alternative rock band formed in Pitești, active since 2016, known for blending alternative rock with indie-emo influences and for their introspective lyrics focused on love and social themes. The band has performed numerous concerts on major stages across the country and has released several well-received records to date.
