Rock Monsters Romania

Starting in February, Women in Music launches She’s in Control, a series of four double concerts that will take place at Club Control in Bucharest throughout February and March. The four events bring eight Romanian female artists to the same stage, creating a space where music and their stories meet and resonate.

Strong women build each other up is the motto at the heart of the project and the guiding idea behind every onstage musical encounter. Here, artists support and uplift one another in a space of genuine collaboration.

She’s in Control is a project about real support and visibility, created from the desire to bring female artists together on the same stage and to foster authentic contexts for collaboration. 8 artists. 4 concerts. All at Control.

Created by Women in Music x Watermelon Agency, the project aims to build meaningful platforms for the representation of women in the Romanian music industry and to spotlight authentic voices, each with their own artistic universe.

ILINCA & ELIGARF

ILINCA is one of the voices that has redefined contemporary pop through the exploration of a sound influenced by Balkan music.

Eligarf is an artist whose music blends personal, vulnerable stories with Balkan influences and a contemporary sound.

Luana Genevieve & Alduts Sherdley

Luana Genevieve is an artist with Romanian and Zimbabwean roots, whose music combines R&B, pop, soul, and hip-hop into a personal, emotional, and thought-provoking style.

Alduts Sherdley is one of the artists who brought female R&B back into the spotlight in Romanian music, with strong hip-hop influences and a deeply personal sound.

Andra Andriucă & Valeria Stoica

Andra Andriucă is an indie artist who turns soul-driven stories into lyrics and chords, creating through her music a space for calm, reflection, and connection.

Valeria Stoica is an indie-pop artist from the Republic of Moldova, whose music gathers fragile emotions and sensitive lyrics inspired by a deep connection with nature.

Villia & Holy Molly

Villia is one of the new voices of Romanian pop, blending sensitivity and vulnerability in a deeply personal way.

Holy Molly is one of the most dynamic artists in contemporary Romanian pop, known for her dance-pop hits and cross-border collaborations.
