Tour of Underground is now here and its objective is to promote amazing unknown singers and bands, but let’s get into the subject.

Our first stop will be in Turin, Italy to meet the alternative metal and metalcore band Dead White Rose. They are a new band, formed in June 2016, which has 5 members: Mattia Casabona (ex Aspasia member) , Antonella Blythe, Diego Fratea, Fabio Marchetti and Nicoló Biglia.

Their first song, “I, Unbreakable” was released on 17th of December 2016.

After one year and a half, they are working on their first EP, which I personally think it will be amazing. 

To know them better, I have talked to their vocalist, Mattia Casabona. Many thanks to him for accepting to do a interview!

RM: Why have you made the band?

Mattia: At the beginning we made the band for the unity of our friendship but immediately we realize that we’ll be much more!!! Five professional musicians but young might be much more.

RM: Who are your rock stars idols / band idols?

Mattia: We like metalcore bands and alternative metal bands around the world like Architects, Parkway Drive, Motionless In White, While She Sleeps.

RM: What song that you’ve made do you think is the best and why?

Mattia: Every month we make a new song and we realize that the quality improve more and more!!! The last song that will be in our first EP out this Autumn we think that is the best.

RM: In which countries would you like to have concerts?

Mattia: In this moment we play in Italy to increase our fan base, but after the EP, we have closed an European tour in Switzerland, Austria, Germany, Romania and more.

RM: What inspires you to release new songs?

Mattia: We create songs with emotions and when we have something to say, every song have a story of us.
