Summer Well is nearly here and Black Honey is ready for this.
The alternative-indie rock band from Brighton, formed in 2014, started the ascension in the same year after the releasing of their EP “Black Honey”. After less than 5 years, Black Honey is considered one of the biggest music stars in UK right now.
And they are coming to Buftea at Summer Well with their amazing show. We asked Izzy Phillips some questions about their upcoming concert in Romania and we are pleased to share her answers.
In less than 5 years, you’ve become a huge name of Indie Rock. What are your secrets?
If we told you we would have to kill you.
It’s your first show in Romania. What do you know about the country and about the Summer Well festival?
Summer Well has one of the best line ups of summer and that Romania is one of the most beautiful cinematic places in Europe.
What are your expectations for Summer Well?
A massive party with great bands and delicious drinks.
What should Romania expect from your show?
Sweat, blood, love and tears.
What plans do you have for 2019?
We go on headline UK tour in May, then hit the road for a full summer of festivals. You can expect the unexpected and maybe the first tunes from the next era of us.
Do you have any message for your fans and people who are going to attend at your show?
Can’t wait too see you, sing with you and live for the moment.
Are they going to have the best performance on the main stage? We’ll see…but for sure it will be a must see show!
