This year showed everybody that an underground artist can become a rockstar in just few months. New bands and artists shocked the world with their performances, so we have decided to make a list with some Romanian artist that can become stars in 2020.

George Aghinea
George was probably one of the biggest surprises of The Voice of Romania this year and he also performed in the final, but only as a guest after the public vote. When he performed “If I Get High”, we saw a younger version of Conor Mason on the stage. Even though he will probably choose to sing pop songs, he has a huge potential to be as popular as Matthew Healy or Izzy Phillips if he will join a pop-rock band.

Elena Bozian
Marie Frediksson was back on a stage in the person of Elena in the final of The Voice of Romania. The powerful voice of Elena, combined with her ambition, was completed by the Roxette’s song. We would like to see her next year in a Roxette tribute band, but she can sing any 80s-90s rock songs for sure!

Diana Codrea
She has got the attitude of a rockstar, that’s for sure! 2020 can be a big year for her if she will continue to perform in the way she did at The Voice of Romania. For sure we will love to see a collaboration between her and Pandora’s lead vocalist and winner of this edition of The Voice of Romania, Dragos Moldovan, but she can also play in any other Romanian rock band and it will be a successful collaboration!

Carla Stefani
Here we go…one of the youngest stars of Romania right now. At only 13 years old, she already toured with the famous Romanian pop-rock band Voltaj and she hasn’t got any plans to stop here. From Nirvana to Jessie J, she can sing anything, so, she’s already a little star in the making. How far will she go in her career? We can’t predict that, but 2020 will be a great year for her!

We wish these 4 musicians all the best in the new year! Probably we have missed many more future stars, but nobody can be perfect, isn’t it?
