The quarantine was a really hard period for bands and artist. We talked to some bands from all over the world to see the real effects of the COVID-19 Pandemic in music.
Today we talk to NVision. Rooted in hard rock with a casual romance with hip-hop, NVision brings both worlds together with powerful lyrics and catchy hooks. Take a journey in music through the feelings of loneliness, despair and depression while maintaining the positive hope of a brighter tomorrow.

How can you describe the changes generated by the pandemic in the band’s activity?
Honestly, where a lot of musicians “took a break,” during the pandemic, we stepped it into high gear. Shows were few and far between so we spent time Song writing, recording new music, 4 music videos and poising ourselves to come out strong at the end of it all.
What daily activity did you miss the most during quarantine?
The majority of us work in the food industry, so this question isn’t exactly relatable to us. I think we can definitely say that people were a lot nicer to restaurant staff before the shutdown.
Were there any pluses for this period without concerts?
Yes, we were able to really hone in our craft and connect better with our fans online.
How does it feel to hear the idea of returning to some normalcy?
We’re ready.
What plans have you got for 2021?
We’re currently touring with Gandhi’s Gun (San Antonio, TX) and just left Corpus Christi. We are currently booked out until May, and then we’re going to do some recording and possibly release a new video.
Do you have any message for the bands or artists who are still in lockdown/quarantine?
Find something to do. Build a website. Stage design. Songwriting. Record music. Connect with your fans. Use the time you have to set yourself up for success when the “return to normalcy” happens.
What message do you have for the people who are going to read this interview?
Thanks for reading. Please check out our music at http://www.nvision228.com and check out our new song, “The End,” available everywhere since March 12th.
