BUCHAREST Metallica will return to Romania next year as part of its record breaking M72 World Tour, with a major concert scheduled for May 13, 2026, at Arena Națională.

The Bucharest performance is one of 16 newly announced dates across continental Europe and the United Kingdom, as the highly successful tour continues into its fourth consecutive year.
Fans attending the Romanian show can expect a large scale production featuring a circular stage positioned in the center of the stadium floor, a signature feature of the M72 tour. Special guests for the evening will be Gojira and Knocked Loose.
Organizers also warned that entry will not be permitted with tickets purchased from unauthorized third party sources.
Ticket Sales and Presale Access
General ticket sales will begin on Friday, May 30, at 10:00 a.m.
Several presale windows have also been announced.
Members of the official Metallica fan club can purchase tickets starting May 27 at 11:00 a.m.
Holders of BCR Mastercard cards using the George app will have access beginning May 27 at 12:00 p.m.
Emagic customers with unique codes received by email may enter presale on May 29 at 10:00 a.m.

A Tour Praised Worldwide
Since launching in Amsterdam in April 2023, the M72 World Tour has performed before nearly four million fans worldwide. International media outlets have described the production as epic, triumphant, and one of the band’s most powerful live eras in years.
Charity Through All Within My Hands
As with previous tours, Metallica will donate a portion of proceeds from every ticket sold to local charities through the band’s foundation, All Within My Hands.
Founded in 2017, the organization has raised more than $20 million to date. According to the band, the funds have supported vocational and technical education programs, food insecurity relief efforts, and disaster response initiatives.
The Bucharest concert is presented by BCR and Mastercard, and organized by Emagic and Live Nation, powered by Rock FM.
