Romanian alternative rock band LUNATIC returns with “FIINȚĂ,” a powerful new single that explores the emotional stages of loss. From denial and anger to awareness and acceptance, the song captures the complexity of processing grief, with the music evolving alongside the lyrics. As the narrative unfolds, the arrangement gradually intensifies, mirroring the growing emotional weight and eventual clarity of the experience.

With FIINȚĂ, LUNATIC continues to push the boundaries of its sound, embracing a fusion-inspired approach that reflects the band’s commitment to experimentation and artistic exploration. The release reinforces their desire to challenge conventions and offer alternative music listeners something fresh and unexpected.

Formed in Bucharest in 2020, LUNATIC consists of Cătălin Constantin (vocals), Dragoș Diaconu (drums), Robert Romanca (lead guitar), Mihai Marin (bass), Dan Isop (keyboards), and George Tacciu (guitar).

Over the past few years, the band has built a strong presence on the Romanian rock scene, with television and radio appearances, performances at major festivals, and concerts alongside acclaimed acts such as Mono Jacks, Luna Amară, Timpuri Noi, Celelalte Cuvinte, and Vunk. LUNATIC has also contributed to the local music community by organizing a rock festival dedicated to emerging bands, further supporting the next generation of alternative artists.
