Alba Iulia Prepares for Two Days of Metal at Praetorian Gates Festival

This July, the historic Alba Iulia Citadel will once again become a meeting place for metal fans as the Praetorian Gates Festival returns on July 3 and 4 with an exciting lineup of established names and emerging talent from Romania’s metal scene.

Set against the backdrop of one of the country’s most impressive historic landmarks, the festival promises two days of powerful live performances, an energetic atmosphere, and the chance to discover new favorite bands. This year’s lineup includes Dirty Shirt, E an na, Underwaves, We Are Numbers, Reverse The Moment, and OverBurn, alongside rising acts Athoris, Godless By Design, Hatespeech, Imprudent, Punisher, and Vandaal.
