Electric Castle unveiled the first names set to perform at Bánffy Castle in Bonțida in 2027: Limp Bizkit, 5 Seconds of Summer, sombr, Noisia, and Joey Valence & Brae.
Taking place between July 14 and 18, 2027, the festival will once again bring thousands of music fans to the historic Transylvanian castle for a mix of live performances, electronic music, and unforgettable festival experiences.
Limp Bizkit is back on 16th of July after their huge performance from 2019. The American nu-metal band known for hits such as Break Stuff, Rollin’, and Behind Blue Eyes are likely to bring back plenty of mosh pits and nostalgia to the castle grounds.
Joining them are Australian pop-rock band 5 Seconds of Summer, who will bring a different energy to the festival with their catalogue of pop-rock anthems and fan favourites.
American hip-hop duo Joey Valence & Brae will add another dose of high-energy performances to the lineup. The pair have built a reputation for blending old-school hip-hop influences with punk-inspired energy and playful production.
The announcement also includes the artists from Saturday: sombr, one of the emerging names in alternative pop, alongside Dutch electronic music act Noisia, known for their influential sound in drum and bass and bass music.
The five-day passes are currently available for €159 + taxes. A monthly payment option is also available, starting with a €10 deposit. The organisers say this is the best available price before passes return to their regular rate. Day tickets and the full daily schedule will be announced at a later date.
